Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ripe blueberries
  • 2 ripe, crisp apples
  • 12 ripe strawberries
  • 2–3 crunchy granola bars
  • 6–8 ounces of East Coast Honey (wildflower variety)
  • 2 (6-ounce) tubs of plain yogurt (no fruit or flavors)
  • 4–6 (8-ounce) drinking glasses

Total Prep Time:
10 minutes + 15 minutes for chilling

Directions:

  1. Slice the blueberries, apples, and strawberries, and crush the granola bars into bite-sized chunks.
  2. Line the inside of each glass with sliced strawberries for a decorative touch.
  3. Layer the ingredients as follows:
    • A thin layer of crunchy granola.
    • A generous layer of creamy yogurt.
    • Drizzle 2–3 ounces of East Coast Honey.
    • Add a layer of blueberries, followed by a layer of sliced apples.
    • Repeat with yogurt, more blueberries, and sliced strawberries.
  4. Finish with a final layer of yogurt, a sprinkle of granola, and a drizzle of honey.

Chill and Enjoy:
Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set the layers, then dive into a deliciously refreshing and nutritious parfait!
