- Place the crystallized container on the dashboard of your car on a warm day, when the temperature is at least 65°F to 70°F.
- As the warmth from the sun heats the dashboard, it will slowly liquefy the honey.
- Because you don’t want the honey to get too hot, which can reduce many of the natural benefits of our great local honey, check it about once every hour.
- Once the honey has returned to its liquid state, bring it back inside and enjoy!
If needed, this process can be repeated without affecting the flavor or quality of your honey.
